At Funk CrossFit we aim to build a community of athletes and participants

across all abilities.

We are an inclusive gym where our members are at the heart of everything we do.

FACILITY

Designed by award winning architects, our new CrossFit Richmond facility is like no other.

Design and functionality is at the heart of this box to ensure our members can have the best experience possible, with two large training spaces we are set up to meet all your training needs.

 

Our facility accommodates a broad range of Strength, Conditioning, Mobility and Gymnastic Skill styled classes.

Our equipment is second to none with brands such as Eleiko, Rogue and Concept2.

We even have a dedicated mobility and stretch area with Theraguns and

'how to' videos from GoWod.

 

Workout, Play & Network...

In our Richmond Gym you can chill, chat, work, or even grab a coffee within our comfy members area.

There are onsite toilet and shower facilities should you need them. If that is not enough, we have our very own private courtyard to host those summer BBQ's.

COMMUNITY

Funk CrossFit is much more than training. We strive to be an active member of the community by giving back to local causes and bringing people together. Our goal is to provide a space for people to network and build long-lasting relationships.

 

Our dream is to open the sport of CrossFit to as many people as possible.

Steven hung up his rugby boots  some 3 years ago and turned his attention to CrossFit. He has a  pragmatic approach to training and seeks to find the best solutions on an individual basis.

Mark found CrossFit after retiring his snooker cue and pursuing a more active lifestyle. With no previous experience in CrossFit, he knows what it takes to become a competent CrossFitter with a focus on form.
