All of our classes are tailored to the individual's ability allowing for inclusivity for everyone.
We have CrossFit Certified coaches taking all of our classes to help you learn new skills and optimise your workouts no matter your experience and fitness level.
Each of our classes is specifically designed to cover all the fitness domains identified by CrossFit.com; Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
Classes are typically 1 hour long. Each will include a comprehensive warm-up and a workout which will leave you feeling great.
Be prepared to push yourself, smash your goals, meet new people and have lots of fun!
This is our bread and butter as we take you through classes which are constantly varied and tailored to suit the individual's ability.
A typical class will consist of a Strength or Skill element, and will finish on a Metabolic workout designed to get the heart rate up - expect to leave with that feel-good factor :)
A healthy team is a happy team, both are proven ways to get more out of your work and build a culture outside of an office environment.
These classes are private sessions which are a perfect reason to get away from your desks. And guess what, we'll even come to your place of work to take the class.
